Well, first of all, NGS is a community and a promoting channel for you, Undergrounder ! It is composed of mostly a Discord Server, a Newgrounds account and a YouTube channel !
You can send both your tracks and your covers if you want them to be featured on NGS ! But before, judges and Rutra will review your work and decide if it will be used or not.
